At Lumiére Jewelry, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food, newspapers, or magazines)
- Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If your refund is rejected, we will notify you via email with an explanation.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account — Sometimes refunds take additional time to reflect.
- Contact your credit card provider — It may take several business days before your refund appears.
- Contact your bank — There is often processing time before refunds are officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will email you a gift certificate.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
